By accessing or using any products, services, or integrations provided by Das Group LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), including RecurringTasks, ArchiveBase, ProtoVid, BoardPilot, and any other applications (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Description of Services

Our Services include integrations and tools for third-party platforms such as Notion, Airtable, Figma, monday.com, HubSpot, and others. These Services enhance your workflows by providing automation, analytics, and productivity features within those platforms.

3. Account and Access

To use our Services, you may need to authorize access to your third-party platform accounts. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your accounts and credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
• Use the Services to transmit harmful, offensive, or infringing content
• Exceed reasonable usage limits or abuse API access

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Some Services offer free tiers with limited features. Paid subscriptions ("Pro" or "Team" plans) are billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, code, designs, and materials in the Services are owned by Das Group LLC or its licensors. You retain ownership of your data. By using the Services, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Services.

7. Third-Party Platforms

Our Services integrate with third-party platforms. We are not responsible for the availability, terms, or policies of those platforms. Your use of third-party platforms is governed by their respective terms of service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Das Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in New Jersey.
